Position Summary
As a (Senior) Sales Consultant will work closely with the Mexican Management Team.

Your primary responsibilities will be to adapt and refine our sales strategy to further scale the Mexican market, build and train the growing sales team as well as to develop our ever-increasing clientele.

Your role in FlexAuto's vision is to ensure that we offer our clients the best customer experience they can get by offering at all times a clear explanation of our services, transmitting the passion we feel for our brand and our products to the customer.


Requirements:

  • Grow existing customer base and meet monthly sales goals;
  • Have direct communication with customers regarding incoming requests to close deals and develop strong and trusting relationships
  • Take into consideration customers' needs to negotiate winwin contracts
  • Assist in organizing and executing processes to serve our customers quickly and well
  • Fully comprehend what we offer and provide clients with detailed and accurate information
  • Coordinate and supervise the execution of sales processes on daybyday operations

Your profile

  • 24 years of sales experience either in services or products
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven ability to coordinate a number of tasks with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Passion for closing deals, a strong work ethic, and a cando attitude
  • Customerfirst mindset and proven ability to commit to your work
  • Love for a varied day with a mix of communications, organization, and customer touchpoints
  • Can act independently, solve problems by yourself and enjoy going the extra mile to make sure our customers are served perfectly
  • Excellent command of the Spanish/English language (both written and spoken)
  • MS Office and Google environment proficiency

  • Understanding of the mobility space
  • Proven track record of successfully managing deal pipeline
  • Past experience working with Sales CRM tools
