Conocimiento:

  • Experiência o seguimiento previo en temas HSE.
  • Experiência previa en áreas como: HSE, Operaciones, Mantenimiento, Supply Chain, Ingeniería.
  • Alto nível de análisis.
  • Comunicación efectiva en el equipo de trabajo.
  • Liderazgo en la implementación de mejoras en el área.
  • Imprescindible la disponibilidad para viajar.

Propósito de la Posición:

Apoya la función de Salud y Seguridad Global asegurando que el sistema de gestión HSE se implemente.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Participar activamente en proyectos vinculados a las core initiatives de Health & Safety a nível global.
  • Desarrollar materiales de comunicación vinculados a iniciativas y campañas de H&S, como por ejemplo HSE Updates, Safety Alerts, etc.
  • Contacto frecuente con los equipos regionales para seguimiento y soporte de las iniciativas globales.
  • Desarrollar reportes y/o relevamientos de temas adhoc en conjunto con los equipos regionales.
  • Analizar incidentes y/o accidentes.
  • Mantener y dar soporte al Sistema HSE de Tenaris basado en las normas ISO14001 & ISO 4500
  • Seguimiento y monitoreo del cumplimiento legal en materia de HSE.
  • Participar en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de los procedimientos de HSE.
  • Preparar informes, análisis de estadísticas y tendencias de indicadores HSE.
  • Participar en el programa de auditoría interna y seguimiento de hallazgos de las mismas.
  • Participar en el desarrollo de la formación cultural HSE.
  • Cumplir con las políticas, procedimientos y estándares de gestión de Tenaris.
