Responsibilities include but are not limited:
Monitoring and driving the collection floor, as well as deliver collector training, monitoring and implementing company policies and procedures. Resolves problems and makes recommendations for improving account handling processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leadership of their individual assigned collection group
  • Management and supervision of an assigned collection group
  • Proficiency in the art of collecting money
  • Responsible for the continued training and teaching of their individual staff's negotiation, tasking, and talk off skills
  • Responsible in for all administrative tasks as needed for group
  • Responsible to aid their Director of Operations in enforcing company policies
  • Responsible in presenting a professional demeanor and attitude at all time to the collection staff

Job Requirements

  • Employee must possess exceptional leadership, mentoring and communication skills
  • Must be competitive and goal driven
  • Must be detail orientated
  • Must have strong analytical skills and diligent with assigned tasks
  • Must be technology literate, computer skills are necessary
  • Must be prompt
  • Must be self confident, motivating, and disciplined
  • Excellent verbal & communication skills required
  • No write ups for attendance or performance
