Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Fronius. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the metal industry, leveraging your expertise in B2B sales and metalworking.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new clients in the metal industry
- Provide exceptional support and follow-up to existing customers
- Manage projects in the automotive industry and mechanical metal
- Negotiate prices and close sales
- Manage commercial activities, including quote management and collection tracking
- Organize and execute commercial demonstrations
- Document sales information in CRM
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales
- Knowledge of welding and welding machines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Current driver's license
- Willingness to travel
- Customer-oriented service attitude
- Proactive and team-oriented
