Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Fronius. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the metal industry, leveraging your expertise in B2B sales and metalworking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new clients in the metal industry
  • Provide exceptional support and follow-up to existing customers
  • Manage projects in the automotive industry and mechanical metal
  • Negotiate prices and close sales
  • Manage commercial activities, including quote management and collection tracking
  • Organize and execute commercial demonstrations
  • Document sales information in CRM

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Knowledge of welding and welding machines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Current driver's license
  • Willingness to travel
  • Customer-oriented service attitude
  • Proactive and team-oriented
