Supports senior level accounting functions (Accounting, A/R, A/P, Credit, Service Operations, or Payroll) with administrative, bookkeeping, and clerical duties more complex than those handled by the Accounting Associate.

Responsible for processing and recording accounting transactions using software and systems. Communicates with vendors, customers, and different departments within Panduit to resolve outstanding issues.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receives, processes, and records various accounting transactions in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or local equivalent as well as Panduit policies and procedures. Resolves transactional problems and concerns as they are identified. (50%)
  • Interprets data from accounting records and maintains accurate compilation, analysis, and reporting from accounting data, including reviews of Credit Limits. (20%)
  • Communicates with clients and with other departments within Panduit to clarify and find solutions to outstanding accountingrelated issues, procedures, and policies.
(20%)EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Required Degree: High School degree and/or Technical career, or University studies in a related field, plus experience in the area or its equivalent in years of experience
  • Preferred Degree: Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Business such as Finance, Accounting, Business Management
  • Years of Experience: 24 years in Accounting, A/R, A/P, or Payroll. Preferable experience in other Shared Services structure like companies.

CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR LICENSES:

  • Required Certifications and/or LIcenses: Intermediate English Proficiency, Intermediate level of Excel
