  • Recibir y resolver discrepancias (cantidad, precio, garantía, cliente, flete, etc.)
  • Ayudar a igualar los pagos recibidos
  • Preparar los informes requeridos a tiempo, p. Ej. Informe vencido, pronóstico, facturas especiales y otros informes y análisis
  • Identificar e implementar mejoras de procesos
  • Creación, actualización y revisión de procedimientos de escritorio.
  • Escalamiento y seguimiento de problemas a través del flujo de trabajo de disputas (herramienta de gestión de disputas)
  • Asegúrese de que se cumplan las métricas clave y se brinde el servicio a los usuarios finales. Funciones
  • Comunicación y cooperación con otros departamentos
  • Participación / Liderazgo en conferencias telefónicas organizadas

  • Planificar, organizar y ejecutar un control efectivo de la cartera de cuentas asignada.
  • Mantiene un punto de contacto (POC) con contactos clave de clientes y contactos internos de clientes (por ejemplo, ventas).
  • Asegurar que las Transacciones OTC relevantes se registren de acuerdo con las Políticas Contables relevantes, los requisitos de GAAP locales y estadounidenses.
  • Asegurar que los procesos estén en su lugar para mantener la información confidencial, protegiendo así el valor de la organización.

Requerimientos:

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiência en procesos OTC (Collections)
  • Sólidas habilidades de relación con el cliente y asociación comercial
  • Muy buenas habilidades de organización
  • Alta capacidad de análisis.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación tanto oral como escrita, muy buen dominio del
    idioma inglés:
  • Sólidas habilidades de productos de Microsoft Office
    :Excel , Word, Powerpoint, Sharepoint
  • Capacidad para mantener la información estrictamente confidencial
  • Habilidades analíticas y comunicativas
  • Buen conocimiento de SAP u otro ERP al menos 1 año.
