Si cuentas con:
Licenciatura concluida en Administración, Contabilidad, Economía, Finanzas. Maestría (deseable). Certificación Figura 3 de la AMIB con autorización de la CNBV. Experiência mínima de 2 años en banca patrimonial y/o sector financiero. Conocimientos de productos de Banca patrimonial y privada. Conocimientos de modelos de inversión, fondos de inversión y de crédito patrimonial, privado e hipotecario. Conocimientos en el manejo administrativo de cartera. Conocimientos Bursátiles y de productos financieros. Conocimiento de asientos y contabilidad bancaria. Conocimientos de divisas, derivados, macroeconomía y rentabilidad. Capacidad de trabajo orientado a resultados. Habilidades de negociación y manejo de objeciones. Habilidades orientadas al servicio al cliente. Dominio de las herramientas de administración de precio para inversiones (modulo precios P.U. y módulo extranjero).

Serás responsable de la gestión integral de clientes del segmento, mediante estrategias definidas por la Dirección de Red Patrimonial y Privada.
Incrementarás la base de clientes manteniendo su fidelidad y logrando la promoción efectiva de productos y servicios Bancarios y Bursátiles, ofreciendo atención y servicio personalizado de excelente calidad a nuestros clientes.
Lo que harás:
- Llevar a cabo las actividades de promoción y venta efectiva del anaquel de productos y servicios de la Banca Patrimonial y del Grupo BBVA.
- Incrementar permanentemente la Cartera de Clientes rentables del Segmento Patrimonial.
- Gestionar a los Clientes asignados a su cartera, buscando incrementar su fidelización al Banco mediante la venta de un mayor número de productos y servicios que satisfagan sus necesidades.
- Atender y dar pronta solución a cualquier queja de los Clientes asignados a su cartera.
- Mantener y actualizar expediente de cada uno de los Clientes asignados a su cartera.
- Orientar su atención, buscando ofrecerle los beneficios que el Modelo Outperformance BBVA le da en materia de estrategias y recomendaciones para el manejo de su patrimonio.
- Actuar como gestor de enlace entre los clientes y las diferentes áreas de negocio financieras y no financieras.
- Satisfacer las necesidades globales de inversión de los clientes HNWI, a través del diseño de portafolios hechos a la medida, planificando adecuadamente la estrategia de los portafolios gestionados.
