El Funcionario de Control de Negocios de Cumplimiento es un profesional estratégico que se mantiene actualizado sobre los desarrollos dentro del campo propio y contribuye a la estrategia direccional al considerar su aplicación en el empleo propio y en el negocio.

Es la autoridad técnica reconocida para un área dentro de la empresa. Requiere conocimiento comercial básico. Hay, en general, múltiples personas dentro de la empresa que brindan el mismo nivel de experiencia en la materia.

Se requiere el desarrollo de habilidades de diplomacia y comunicación para orientar, influenciar y convencer a los demás, en particular a los colegas de otras áreas y clientes externos ocasionales.

Tiene un impacto significativo en el área debido a que hace entregas complejas. Brinda asesoramiento y consejos en relación con la tecnología y las operaciones de la empresa.

Su trabajo impacta en toda el área, y esto, con el tiempo, afecta el desempeño y la efectividad generales de la categoría de puestos/subfunciones.

New Activities process in which Dahlia has to continue being aligned with the \"New Activity Policy and Procedure\" in terms of the assessment of proposals.

Candidate will be required to cover the E2E of the consumer business in terms of:

provide advisory and the correct usage of the \"three questions\" to determine if the proposal meets the new activities criteria since the business design; prioritize the proposals in accordance with the critical annual path, reduce the back & forth through 1Lod and 2Lod, support to the business in the activities required in NOVA Approval module to accomplish with the \"six steps workflow\" defined to approve the proposals

Responsabilidades:

Contribuir al desarrollo, mantenimiento e implementación de estrategias y normas empresariales para fortalecer y mejorar el programa de Control global del Banco.

Brindar orientación a funcionarios y sus socios comerciales a nivel global en todos los asuntos que afecten el programa, y trabajar con Operaciones y Tecnología para garantizar el uso más eficaz de herramientas y recursos en el proceso de Monitoreo.

Impulsar diversos proyectos globales para el avance del Programa de gestión de riesgo de monitoreo y ser factor clave para muchas otras iniciativas estratégicas.

Administrar el marco para identificar y evaluar reglamentaciones y los riesgos para cada línea de negocios para determinar la cobertura de riesgo correspondiente.

Identificar y analizar riesgos, riesgos emergentes y reglamentaciones específicas del monitoreo de transacciones. Establecer el marco para evaluar las reglamentaciones y riesgos para identificar tipologías y controles de monitoreo requeridos. Dirigir las implementaciones de programa estratégico para el equipo de Política y gestión de riesgo de monitoreo global.

Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia Calificaciones:

Entre 6 y 10 años de experiencia en servicios financieros con una demostrable comprensión de los dominios comerciales relevantes.

Experiencia en Monitoreo de transacciones o Evaluación de riesgo y el desarrollo y compilación de políticas y procedimientos. Experiencia en gestión. Combinación equilibrada de habilidades analíticas, resolución de problemas y habilidades de información y comunicación. Habilidad para evaluar transacciones comerciales y productos en cuanto a los riesgos asociados. Habilidades de organización avanzadas incluida la atención al detalle, múltiples tareas y seguimiento. Experiencia en uso de bases de datos y otras herramientas de rastreo para el cumplimiento de coherencia global. Excelentes habilidades para presentaciones escritas. Experiencia en trabajo cooperativo en diversas áreas de la organización y presentación ante la gerencia sénior. Licencia/registro obligatorio.

Educación:
Licenciatura/título universitario o experiencia equivalente; potencialmente maestría.
