Job Description

Analista de Gestión de Portafolio y Ordenes altamente motivado (a) y con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo. Este rol híbrido combina las funciones de administración de portafolios con la gestión de órdenes, asegurando la precisión en el análisis y seguimiento de riesgos globales, así como en el procesamiento y cumplimiento de órdenes de clientes.

Serás responsable de garantizar la calidad e integridad de portafolio y del proceso de entrada de la orden hasta la entrega del equipo a los clientes finales, pasando por procesos claves como coordinación logistica, aduanera, informacion de sitio y facturación.

Lo que harás:

  • Desarrollar y mantener informes clave para gestionar, medir y monitorear exposiciones a riesgos del portafolio de órdenes a ejecutar en distintos horizontes de tiempo. Para lo cual deberá trabajar de manera constante (ritmos constantes) con distintas áreas como construcciones, producto, comercial, aduanas, logística, etc.
  • Reportar tendencias y analizar cambios significativos con los propietarios de datos/portafolios para validar y explicar preocupaciones/acciones de mitigación de los riesgos identificados. Comunicar claramente los hallazgos a la gerencia para asegurar una gestión adecuada de los riesgos.
  • Diseñar e implementar acciones de mejoras de procesos que aumenten la precisión y eficiencia.
  • Proporcionar métricas, insights e informes con datos de valor para apoyar la toma de decisiones.
  • Proactivamente analizar datos para responder preguntas clave e identificar áreas de mejora.
  • Planificar y soportar proactivamente todo el proceso de cumplimiento de un contrato con el cliente, desde el ingreso del pedido hasta la cobranza, garantizando que se cumplan los requisitos contractuales de entrega.
  • Establecer y mantener comunicación con las partes relevantes durante todo el proceso (Operaciones, logística, finanzas, gerentes de proyecto, etc.).
  • Implementar cambios a nivel sistema según sea necesario para cada proyecto asignado y optimizar los procesos para una transferencia de venta rápida y segura.
  • Dar instrucciones de envío y facturación de acuerdo con los términos y condiciones de los contratos.
  • Proveer al liderazgo visibilidad oportuna del estatus de las órdenes asignadas a través de reportes semanales y mecanismos operativos locales.

Lo que necesitas tener:

  • Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Informática o carreras afines.
  • xperiencia en roles relacionados con análisis de datos, gestión de portafolios y/o gestión de órdenes.
  • Conocimientos avanzados en SQL, Excel, Tableau/Power BI y Salesforce, con aptitud para aprender otras herramientas analíticas.
  • Habilidades de comunicación excepcionales y fluidez en inglés hablado y escrito.
  • Capacidad para atender y priorizar múltiples tareas, con un enfoque proactivo en la resolución de problemas.
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos, relaciones con clientes y soporte a equipos de ventas.
