Position OverviewWe are hiring a Bilingual Recruiter to lead structured, high-performance hiring initiatives across departments including legal, operations, automation, and marketing. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of recruitment experience, is fluent in English and Spanish, and is skilled in resume analysis, pre-employment validation, and performance-based hiring.You will be expected to source top-tier candidates, conduct rigorous validation, and drive hiring excellence using a KPI-driven approach.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle RecruitmentManage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offersUse hiring platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, BambooHR, and internal databasesPartner with hiring managers to define job scope, KPIs, and scorecardsBuild structured interview guides and track results in recruitment dashboardsResume & Interview ValidationDetect title inflation, missing KPIs, and exaggerated experienceCross-reference past employment with public data and AI toolsRequire post-interview written recaps for candidate organization and clarity checksAdminister skills and behavioral assessments using TestGorilla or TalentLMSHiring Strategy & Quality ControlEnsure candidate fit through structured evaluation and scorecardsMaintain hiring pipeline metrics via Google Sheets or Looker StudioAdvise on pre-employment testing, soft-skill evaluation, and onboarding readinessEnsure hiring compliance with U.S. (California) legal and HR standardsMinimum Qualifications5+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably across legal or operational rolesFluent in English (spoken and written) and SpanishHands-on experience with ATS systems (e.g., BambooHR) and sourcing toolsStrong analytical skills in resume vetting, interview evaluation, and talent scoringDeep understanding of structured interviews and performance-based selectionPreferred QualificationsExperience hiring for U.S.-based legal or professional services rolesFamiliarity with California labor laws and performance expectationsExperience in conducting behavioral interviews and managing pre-hire assessmentsProficiency with tools like ChatGPT, Google Workspace, and TestGorilla
