🎯 Job PurposeEnsure timely progression of solar projects from approval to installation by supporting the Customer Approvals team through accurate documentation management, cross-functional coordination, and regulatory compliance.⚙️ Core ResponsibilitiesSupport complex solar layouts, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.Review customer and project data prior to layouts and site surveys.Conduct pre-reviews of layouts and site surveys, requesting corrections or missing information as needed.Track site survey status and resolve scheduling or data issues.Monitor and manage sales folios, addressing special cases proactively.Hold 1:1 check-ins with sales reps to ensure folios are completed correctly.📊 Performance & QualityMaintain high layout quality and consistency.Resolve issues in the Failed Layouts hub with internal teams.Coordinate with IT on shading letters, rollbacks, and system updates.Review daily submissions to improve operational efficiency.📈 Key KPIsData Accuracy: ≥ 99%SLA Response: 95% on-timeReport Quality: ≥ 90% approved by EngineeringEscalations: 100% within policy🤝 Stakeholder ManagementInternal: Customer Approvals, Engineering, Project Management, Sales.External: Customers, permitting authorities, third-party partners.📍 Remote – MexicoSalary $12,700
