Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Manager Postgraduate Sales located in Mexico City, Mexico, with the option to work remotely part of the time. The Junior Manager will focus on identifying and engaging potential postgraduate students, managing the admissions and sales pipeline, conducting consultations, and guiding candidates through the admissions processes. Responsibilities include nurturing strong relationships to achieve enrollment objectives, organizing events, and representing IE University during international fairs and exhibitions. The position also involves working closely with various stakeholders to provide an exceptional candidate experience. Qualifications Strong sales and relationship-building skills, with the ability to meet enrollment targetsProficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilitiesOrganizational and time-management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and deadlinesExperience in educational consultancy, recruitment, or sales is preferredAbility to work in a hybrid setup, including on-site in Mexico City and remotelyAdvanced fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and spoken communicationProficiency with sales tools and CRM platforms is a plusA bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
