Customer Service Representative – Logistics Location: On-site 5 days a week, San Pedro Garza Garcia (Monterrey)Our client, a global leader in fire protection solutions such as fire alarm systems and emergency devices, is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Logistics to support international operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience from their office in San Pedro Garza Garcia (Monterrey).Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main link between customers, internal teams, and logistics partnersManage order, shipping, and delivery inquiries with accuracy and professionalismCoordinate inbound/outbound shipments with 3PL partners and Hub operationsTrack orders, communicate updates, and resolve delivery issuesSupport cross-functional collaboration with U.S.-based teamsEnsure compliance with company policies and logistics standardsWhat You’ll Bring2–4 years’ experience in supply chain or logistics, ideally handling hub shipmentsStrong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and stay detail-focusedExperience with ERP/CRM and logistics platformsIntermediate spoken English as you’ll have frequent conversations with the US office
