Customer Service Representative – Logistics
to support international operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience from their office in San Pedro Garza Garcia (Monterrey).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main link between customers, internal teams, and logistics partners
- Manage order, shipping, and delivery inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with 3PL partners and Hub operations
- Track orders, communicate updates, and resolve delivery issues
- Support cross-functional collaboration with U.S.-based teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics standards
What You'll Bring
- 2–4 years' experience in
supply chain or logistics
, ideally handling hub shipments - Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and stay detail-focused
- Experience with
ERP/CRM and logistics platforms - Intermediate spoken English as you'll have frequent conversations with the US office
