Right now we are looking for a Performance Optimization Manager to join our teamWHAT YOU'LL DO:Execute and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Ads with a focus on achieving performance or media KPIs.Utilize expertise in paid search advertising to develop and implement effective campaign strategies, targeting methods, and ad creatives.Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify areas for optimization and improvement to drive maximum results.Prepare comprehensive reports and metrics, showcasing campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations for further optimization.Conduct A/B tests to improve ad performance, generate insights, and refine targeting and creative strategies.Build and update dashboards to provide real-time visibility into campaign performance and key metrics.Act as a mentor and curator for junior and middle specialists, providing guidance, support, and sharing best practices to enhance their skills and knowledge in paid social advertising.Collaborate closely with the English-speaking Client Service team, ensuring effective communication, understanding client requirements, and addressing their needs and concerns.WHAT YOU BRING:At least four years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing performance-driven paid search campaigns.Strong command of paid search platforms, with a particular focus on Google Ads.English proficiency at B2 level or higher.Background working with Google Ads, paid social platforms, DSPs or other digital advertising tools.Proven leadership experience.WHAT WE OFFER:Competitive salary that reflects your expertise and experience.31 days of paid time off – 21 days of annual leave + 10 days sick leave, because balance matters.Growth-focused environment – access to learning resources and clear pathways for advancement.Fun team events: Join our online cooking classes, yoga sessions, and more – all from homeA Culture of Trust – Say goodbye to bureaucracy and micromanagement; we focus on results, not processes.Please attach your CV in English to be considered for this position.
