We partner with leading local restaurants and manage thousands of corporate deliveries each week through a centralized operations platform.We are backed by General Catalyst — the same investment firm behind Airbnb and Snapchat — and led by experienced operators from high-growth consumer and financial services companies.Club Feast is built to scale: strong operational discipline, clear ownership, and systems designed for national volume.About the RoleWe are hiring a Driver Engagement Specialist to support and grow our driver network across U.S. markets.This is a fully remote role, working primarily during U.S. business hours, and sits at the intersection of recruitment, onboarding, and operations. You will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and supporting drivers to ensure we maintain a reliable, high-quality delivery fleet.You’ll work closely with Operations leadership, City Ops, and Dispatch teams to align driver supply with demand.This role is ideal for someone with recruitment instincts and operational judgment who wants real ownership and exposure in a scaled, venture-backed company.What You’ll DoDriver Recruitment & OnboardingSource and recruit delivery drivers for U.S. marketsScreen candidates and manage onboarding workflowsEnsure drivers meet quality, compliance, and performance standardsDriver Engagement & RetentionServe as a point of contact for driver questions and issuesSupport driver performance and engagement initiativesIdentify risks in driver supply and escalate proactivelyOperational CollaborationPartner closely with City Operations and Dispatch teamsAlign driver availability with delivery demandTrack driver metrics, onboarding status, and engagement dataWhat Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)Independently managing driver recruitment pipelinesMaintaining healthy driver supply across assigned marketsBecoming a trusted partner to Operations teamsReducing onboarding friction and driver churnWho You AreExperience in recruiting, operations, or logistics (preferred)Highly organized and detail-orientedStrong English communication skillsComfortable working cross-functionallyCalm under pressure and proactiveComfortable working U.S. hoursWhy Join Club FeastWork closely with Operations and leadershipHigh ownership and accountabilityRemote-first, globally distributed teamClear growth path into senior ops or people rolesJoin a well-funded company building a category-defining platform
