We are hiring a Driver Engagement Specialist to support and grow our driver network across U.This is a fully remote role , working primarily during U.You will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and supporting drivers to ensure we maintain a reliable, high-quality delivery fleet.
You'll work closely with Operations leadership, City Ops, and Dispatch teams to align driver supply with demand.
Driver Recruitment & Onboarding
Source and recruit delivery drivers for U.Ensure drivers meet quality, compliance, and performance standards
Driver Engagement & Retention
Serve as a point of contact for driver questions and issues
Support driver performance and engagement initiatives
Identify risks in driver supply and escalate proactively
Align driver availability with delivery demand
Track driver metrics, onboarding status, and engagement data
Independently managing driver recruitment pipelines
Maintaining healthy driver supply across assigned markets
Reducing onboarding friction and driver churn
Experience in recruiting, operations, or logistics (preferred)
Strong English communication skills
Remote-first, globally distributed team
Clear growth path into senior ops or people roles
