¿Qué actividades realizas en la posición?
El Ejecutivo de Atención a clientes cabina de siniestros combina los conocimientos generales y técnicos de un producto o servicio, brinda información general y atiende las señales de alarma para canalizar el servicio correspondiente, direcciona al usuario a las diferentes áreas de Atención al cliente en caso de que su solicitud lo requiera o a las instancias gubernamentales correspondientes.
¿Cómo lo llevaras a cabo?
Como Ejecutivo de cabina de siniestros establecerás un servicio empático y efectivo con tu cliente externo e interno, mantendrás las relaciones con los clientes con la finalidad de resolver y brindar una solución efectiva al usuario solicitante en colaboración con otros equipos de Atención al cliente y servicios técnicos, mediante un proceso establecido y plataformas determinadas.
¿Qué buscamos?
Requerido
· Bachillerato concluido (Certificado)
· Cartilla militar liberada (Indispensable).
· Experiencia mínima de 6 meses recientes en Call Center cabina de siniestros, empresas de asistencia, GPS o alarmas (indispensable)
· Disponibilidad de horario para laborar 6 días a la semana jornada completa
· Flexible, proactivo y con autogestión.
· Comunicación efectiva, escucha activa, servicio orientado al cliente y habilidades de negociación, trabajo bajo presión.
Brindamos salario base competitivo $7,101 (pago semanal)+ bono por productividad + pago de horas extras y adicionales+ Prestaciones superiores a las de ley (aguinaldo, vacaciones, fondo de ahorro, vales de despensa, seguro de vida, seguro de gastos médicos mayores, comedor subsidiado) contrato directo *No outsorcing y muchos más beneficios
