  • Responsibilities/ day to day activities: On JD below,
    • Overseeing Field Operations: Coordinating and managing the daily activities of field service technicians, ensuring that tasks are assigned efficiently and completed on time.
    • Scheduling and Dispatching: Managing the scheduling and dispatching of service orders to optimize resource allocation and minimize travel.
    • Training and Development: Providing training programs for field service personnel to keep them updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
    • Customer Service: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs promptly and courteously.
    • Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure that technicians have the necessary parts and equipment to complete their job.
    • Compliance and Safety: Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, as well as implementing service policies and procedure.
    • Performance Monitoring: Tracking the performance of field service teams and identifying areas for improvement.
    • These responsibilities help maintain efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction
