Here, you will make an impact by:In charge of Temperature Management & Antiseptics portfolio strategies implementation in North ClusterFacilitate the country IBP Portfolio ReviewExecute Global NPI’s and Commercialization Process in countryPrice managementImplement portfolio strategies in Mexico and C&CDetermines local action plan to leverage Solventum penetration in the customersSupports local sales managers, channel, reps and clinical specialistYour Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor degree or higher from an accredited university5+ years marketing experience in healthcare environment, with a proven track record delivering business results.Strategic pricing understanding.Bilingual (English-Spanish)Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Master of Business Administration (MBA).Ability to convey clear, impactful messages aligned with business goals.Take initiative, anticipate needs, and propose innovative solutions.Overcome obstacles and find effective alternatives.Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration.Organize tasks focusing on actions with the greatest impact.Ability to translate a global portfolio strategy into area adapted tactics including prioritization of regions and/or segments.Able to move in a fast-paced, decision-oriented environment, influencing other.Work location: Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel)Travel: May include up to 30% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.Supporting Your Well-being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
