The Cash Management Sales Senior Manager achieves results through leading professional teams and departments. Integrating expertise and industry knowledge within a defined scope to establish operational standards for others. This role requires a deep understanding of how different areas collaborate within the department and contribute to overall goals. Basic commercial awareness is essential. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are necessary to guide and influence colleagues both internally and externally. Responsibilities include overseeing volume, quality, timeliness, and delivery of results, as well as involvement in short-term and resource planning. Managing a team involves tasks like performance evaluations, budgeting, and policy formulation.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with clients alongside Relationship Managers to strengthen relationships, address current challenges, anticipate future needs, and pursue new clients aligned with CITI's value proposition
  • Promote innovation in client solutions and structure deals to manage risk effectively
  • Act as a strategic advisor to RMs and clients
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team while overseeing budget management and achieving sales targets
  • Execute strategic initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and Citi's policies at all times
  • Assess risks in business decisions with a focus on reputation management and risk mitigation

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in commercial banking
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Proven track record in client relationship growth

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree, potentially Master's degree
