We're fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model – and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation.

Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.

Your 'day to day':
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Instructional Designer to join our team.

As an Instructional Designer you will play a critical role in creating engaging and effective learning experiences to our B2B & B2C audiences.

You will use your expertise in instructional design methodologies, learning technologies and multimedia design to creative innovative solutions that align with our business, objectives and promote continuous learning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training design and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for facilitating learning and knowledge transfer.


Major accountabilities:

  • Design and develop interactive learning materials, including online courses, manuals, infographics, videos and other educational resources.
  • Implement instructional design strategies that improve the retention and engagement of participants, increasing the engagement of the company's LMS tools.
  • Collaborate with experts in the categories to identify training needs and develop differentiated content according to audiences.
  • Manage instructional design projects from conception to implementation, as well as evaluating their effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
  • Develop the conceptualization of visual elements to ensure that learning materials are attractive and effective.
  • Create onboarding with different elements that allow e-learning to be attractive to audiences and have an impact on business KPIs.
  • Creation of audiovisual elements, from the generation of the script, recording and editing it for corporate messages to different audiences

Who we're looking for:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Instructional Design.
  • User experience (UX) Mindset.
  • Knowledge of learning management platforms (LMS).
  • Ability to develop innovative and creative solutions through different tools considering learning plans from different perspectives (example; visuals and audio).
  • Content creation for different audiences (B2B and B2C).
  • Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in instructional design software and tools (e.g., Articulate, Vyond, Storyline, Adobe)
  • Commercial background.
  • Proficient English and Spanish (written and spoken)
