Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and effective Operations Coordinator to enhance our operational efficiency. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing the daily operations of our organization, ensuring that processes are executed smoothly and that objectives are achieved in a timely and cost-efficient manner. This position reports directly to the COO and is essential for fostering our company’s success and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and oversee daily operational systems and procedures that provide transparency into objectives, progress, and challenges for our primary initiatives.
  • Establish and uphold business standards for accuracy, productivity, and dependability.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with department leaders, external collaborators, and clients to guide decisions regarding operational activities and strategic objectives.
  • Plan, track, and evaluate key performance indicators for daily operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and promptly.
  • Formulate strategies to promote the growth of programs across the organization, identifying and executing process enhancements that optimize output and reduce expenses.
  • Oversee budgeting to align with the organization’s objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, ideally within the marketing sector.
  • Experience working with marketing agencies.
  • Strong grasp of financial principles and budgeting, including profit/loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow management.
  • Ability to cultivate consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and staff.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
  • Proficient in ClickUp and other organizational software.
