Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and oversee daily operational systems and processes that provide insight into objectives, progress, and challenges for our major initiatives.
  • Establish and uphold business standards for precision, productivity, and dependability.
  • Forge and sustain relationships with department leaders, external collaborators, and clients to guide decisions regarding operational activities and strategic objectives.
  • Plan, track, and evaluate key performance indicators for daily operations to guarantee timely and efficient task completion.
  • Formulate strategies to promote growth across programs, identifying and implementing process enhancements that optimize output and reduce expenses.
  • Oversee budget management to align with the organization's objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, ideally within the marketing sector.
  • Experience working with marketing agencies.
  • Strong grasp of financial principles and budgeting, including profit/loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow management.
  • Ability to cultivate consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and staff.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
  • Proficient in ClickUp and other organizational software.
