Responsabilidades del Puesto:
  • Entregar los pedidos de comida al huésped en la habitación, incluyendo cualquier necesidad o petición especial, comprobar los pedidos de cocina completados con el encargado de pedidos o el pedido original del huésped; transportar los artículos a la habitación del huésped de manera oportuna para garantizar la calidad adecuada de los alimentos.
  • Saludar a los huéspedes, describir los artículos seleccionados al huésped utilizando descripciones interesantes y vívidas del origen, sabor y métodos de preparación de cada artículo; comunicar las opciones para la retirada de bandejas y vajilla; responder a la solicitud de retirada de bandejas de acuerdo con las normas de tiempo establecidas.
  • Desmontar, limpiar y montar mesas de servicio de habitaciones, montajes de condimentos, cubertería, vajilla y estaciones laterales de servicio de habitaciones.
  • Anticiparse a las necesidades de los huéspedes, comprobar su satisfacción y ofrecer sugerencias, y responder de forma urgente y adecuada a las preocupaciones y peticiones de los huéspedes.
  • Trabajar en armonía y profesionalmente con sus compañeros y supervisores.
Requisitos del Puesto:
  • Ingles avanzado.
  • Pasión por el servicio.
  • Disponibilidad de horario.
  • Atención al detalle.
