Job Description

Senior Therapeutic Specialist

Objetivo

Garantizar el cumplimiento de las metas del negocio, a través de asegurar la diferenciación de Biktarvy, así como el oportuno abasto y servicio de excelencia, apegado a los valores Gilead.

Responsabilidades específicas del Líder de cuenta de VIH

  • Responsable de ejecutar la estrategia de marketing para el logro de los objetivos de la unidad.
  • Capitalizar la EMC a través de los recursos de ADIL ́s, Grow ́s y congresos, para distinguirnos como la empresa que mas preocupación tiene por ello, siendo imparciales sin dejar de lado que contamos con el mejor producto del mercado fundamentado en ciencia.
  • Garantizar que los Hospitales clave otorguen el tx continuo.
  • Gestor de espacios para VIH en la consulta, incidiendo en la disminución del TTT, esto a través del establecimiento de equipos multidisciplinarios en los hospitales, incluyendo abasto, área médica y autoridades hospitalarias e institucionales.
  • Responsable de que la ejecución del contrato sea acorde al gobierno federal, evitando, el uso de la terapia del competidor fuera del rubro donde está considerada.
  • Gestionar la EMC, logrando el posicionamiento de Biktarvy como seguro en los casos de daño renal con depuración de creatinina mayor a 40, etc.
  • Gestión y seguimiento a necesidades de acceso quincenal.
  • Comunicar los hospitales con mayor agilidad en tratar, logrando el tx oportuno para los px diagnosticados.
  • Responsable de la imagen corporativa ante los profesionales de la salud, garantizando en todo momento, una inmejorable alianza en pro del paciente.
  • Asegurar que el área médica, tienen la disponibilidad del producto que les manda la institución y que entienden las reglas de operación para la patología.
  • Trabajo de difusión de las patologías a través de las diferentes sociedades médicas de especialidades target, incrementando el reach en primer y segundo nivel.
  • Resolución de problemas ante el área médica, independientemente del área de la empresa involucrada.
  • Resolución de conflictos generados por las demás áreas de la organización que atienden directamente a los clientes.
  • Impulso a diagnóstico con recursos institucionales.
  • Lograr autorización de proyectos de diagnóstico, a través de las autoridades estatales y de los diferentes institutos gubernamentales.
  • Diferenciación Biktarvy vs competencia, a través de la promoción, posicionamiento, venta y priorización de cuentas.
  • Lograr el 100% de los pacientes naive candidatos a nuestra terapía.
  • Gestión y seguimiento a necesidades de acceso end to end en la cuenta y en los estados que no son visitados por los VAM ́s en delegaciones y almacenes.
  • Seguimiento constante al envío de solicitudes centrales.
  • Establecer estrategias de diagnóstico oportuno en los puntos de mayor referenciación de pacientes.
  • Establecer CPM ́s en IMSS.
  • Lograr censo continuo del ISSSTE.
  • Impulsar solicitud médica en descentralizados clave: Issstecali, Ipejal, Pensiones Civiles de Chihuahua, Pemex, Sedena, Semar,etc.

Requisitos:

  • Años de Experiencia: 10 en alta especialidad.
  • Experiencia previa: Dentro del mercado gubernamental: VIH, Hepatitis o áreas de alta especialidad como, Hematología, Oncología, Reumatología, Drogas Huérfanas.
  • Escolaridad: Profesionista Titulado.
  • Nivel de Inglés: Intermedio.
  • Conocimientos o habilidades específicas: Procesos administrativos de abasto institucional, torre de control IMSS, Pepmae Issste, SSA.
