Job Description

Zendesk is looking for a high-performing Account Executive responsible for managing and closing opportunities within a territory. This individual must embody behaviors of a top sales culture, including prospecting for new business, upselling, cross-selling, and meeting quotas.

  • Tenacity, drive, and motivation to exceed expectations.
  • Determination to prospect and hunt daily with a focus on New Business Pipeline Generation.
  • A unique personality to bring individualism to the team.
  • Expertise in selling to C-suite and VP leaders.
  • Experience in software sales, preferably SaaS.
  • Proven track record of hitting targets consistently.
  • Skilled in delivering engaging virtual presentations, online demos, and remote sales.

What you'll be doing:

  • Exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue goals quarterly.
  • Building a pipeline of new business and upsell opportunities.
  • Becoming an authority on Zendesk's products and conducting presentations, demos, and discovery calls.
  • Developing relationships with prospects and accounts.
  • Selling value to key partners within accounts.
  • Tracking all details in Salesforce.
Requirements for the role
  • Experience selling to director/VP level leaders.
  • 6+ years of software selling experience; SaaS experience preferred.
  • 2+ years outbound prospecting experience a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Success selling into Commercial companies.
  • Technically savvy with a deep understanding of related technology.
  • Proficient in virtual presentations, online demos, and remote sales processes.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel.

Location:

This position requires working from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).
