PROPÓSITO DEL PUESTO:

Responsable de gestionar el plan de marca de Adcetris, Ninlaro & Alunbrig. Asegurar el crecimiento sustentable de las marcas y el lanzamiento de nuevos productos. Responsable de cumplir con el alcance definido de una manera compatible y responsable del rendimiento del presupuesto.

Identifica y evalúa oportunidades de negocio a través del análisis continuo del mercado y de la detección de necesidades de los pacientes.

RESPONSIBILIDADES:

Maximizar el potencial de las marcas, desarrollar, implementar y evaluar el Brand plan anual de acuerdo a los lineamientos establecidos por las marcas. Establecer los lineamientos que aportan valor para la diferenciación y posicionamiento de las marcas en el mercado. Administrar el presupuesto de gastos de las marcas así como el seguimiento y cumplimiento del presupuesto de ventas. Analizar en conjunto con el área de BOPs el mercado, la competencia y el performance de las marcas con el fin de garantizar la estrategia del negocio. Liderar proyectos de manera integral con todas las áreas de la organización involucradas con los productos.Asegurar el desarrollo y lanzamiento de nuevos productos y/o extensiones de línea o presentaciones de nuevos negocios.Colaborar con el equipo de market access para desarrollar estrategias enfocadas en la penetración en instituciones de salud pública.Guiar y supervisar los procesos de suministro, distribuyendo y registrando que la marca cumpla con los objetivos comerciales. Establecer adecuadas relaciones públicas con sociedades médicas, proveedores y clientes, para garantizar una buena relación empresa- cliente y mejorar negociaciones y participación en cuentas.Garantizar la comunicación efectiva de la estrategia de marketing para la fuerza de ventas.

CONOCIMIENTOS, EXPERIENCIA, IMPACTO,

Lic. Mercadotecnia, Ing. Industrial o Carrera Económico-Administrativo.Experiencia de 5 años dentro de la industria farmacéutica como: Representante de Ventas, Asociado de Marca, Gerente de Producto Sr.Preferentemente conocimientos en mercado de ̈Especialidades ̈, en Hematología, Oncología y manejo de productos huérfanos.Capacidad de Liderazgo y habilidades de comunicación en todos los niveles.Inteligencia de mercado. Administración de presupuestos, desarrollo e implementación del Brand plan. Administración financieraConocimiento y experiencia en el proceso de venta de especialidades y cuidados primarios.
