About the Role

AbbVie is seeking an experienced Business Unit Manager to lead our Oncology business in Mexico. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and maximize brand sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive brand growth
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial plans
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and customer needs to inform business decisions
  • Manage budget and resources to ensure optimal use of company funds

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Proven track record of success in a marketing and sales leadership position within biotech/pharmaceutical industry
  • Relevant Oncology experience
  • Ability to develop business vision and translate it into executable strategies
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
