Strategic Sales Leader: Oncology Business Unit Mexico

About the Role
AbbVie is seeking an experienced Business Unit Manager to lead our Oncology business in Mexico. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and maximize brand sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive brand growth
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial plans
- Monitor and analyze market trends and customer needs to inform business decisions
- Manage budget and resources to ensure optimal use of company funds
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Proven track record of success in a marketing and sales leadership position within biotech/pharmaceutical industry
- Relevant Oncology experience
- Ability to develop business vision and translate it into executable strategies
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
