Resumen del cargo

Responsable de realizar el mantenimiento preventivo, instalación, desinstalación, reparación, boletines técnicos o mejora de los equipos marca Advanced Sterilization Products dentro de las áreas y limites designados. Responsable de mantener todos los equipos y sistemas para alcanzar las métricas de rendimiento del producto definidas, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente.

Funciones y responsabilidades

Identifica la (s) causa (s) raíz (s) utilizando procesos de diagnóstico integrales y toma las medidas correctivas apropiadas que se adhieren al proceso de servicio definido.Mantiene todos los registros asociados a su función de acuerdo con los requisitos reglamentarios. Esto incluye seguir los procedimientos de atención de servicio.Responsable de mantener, administrar de manera diligente y precisa todos los activos de la compañía asignados que pueden incluir, entre otros: Herramientas, inventario de piezas, vehículo de la compañía, computadora y accesorios.Responsable de comunicar los problemas relacionados con las actividades comerciales o las oportunidades para el siguiente nivel de gestión.Ofrecer adiestramiento técnico e información de los productos con clientes, proveedores y representantes de la empresa, según sea necesario.Apoya los esfuerzos de los socios de ventas para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales.

Educación, experiencia y conocimientos

Título de grado/Licenciatura: Licenciatura en Ingeniería / Operaciones / Negocios, o un campo relacionadoMínimo de dos (2) años de experiencia en el campo Biomédica, Mecatrónica, Electrónica, o relacionadoAnálisis e interpretaciónConstruir relaciones efectivasHabilidades de comunicación y presentaciónIndependenciaTrabajo en equipoResultados y rendimiento impulsadoSensación de urgenciaSeguimiento y controlDominio del Inglés
