Responsabilidades clave

Coordinar y organizar reuniones, citas y eventos de la oficina.
Mantener el área de recepción y áreas comunes limpias y ordenadas.
Supervisar el inventario de suministros de oficina y realizar pedidos cuando sea necesario.
Administrar y coordinar la correspondencia y mensajería.
Brindar apoyo administrativo al equipo de la oficina según sea necesario.
Gestionar la entrada y salida de visitantes, proporcionando una cálida bienvenida.
Coordinación de actividades y agenda de la alta Dirección.
Requisitos
Licenciatura en Administración, Comunicación, o afines.
Experiencia mínima de 1 años en un rol similar.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas y prioridades.
Conocimientos en el uso de herramientas de oficina y software de gestión.
Manejo del idioma inglés a nivel intermedio o avanzado es un plus.
