Morgan Philips México is looking for a Managing Director.


As a Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of operations and sales of the company.

You will be responsible for driving the overall success of the business, managing various departments, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

This position requires a combination of strategic vision, leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of the entertainment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, increase profitability, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.


Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of professionals.

Sales and Marketing:

Oversee sales and marketing activities to drive revenue growth, including developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and implementing marketing campaigns.


Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout all departments and foster a client-centric culture.

Inventory Management:
Manage inventory levels effectively, monitor sales trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize inventory turnover and minimize costs.

Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including safety regulations, environmental requirements, and consumer protection laws.


Continuous Improvement:

Identify areas for process improvement, implement best practices, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in a leadership role within the retail/entertainment industry, with a strong track record of achieving business objectives and driving organizational success.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

Advanced English is required.
