About the roleAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kerry, you'll be an expert in sourcing and delivering high-quality talent. Your role involves building a strong talent pipeline to establish Kerry as the preferred destination for top-notch professionals in North America. You will play a vital role in connecting Kerry with top talent.
Key responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, fostering relationships with hiring managers, and providing regular updates.
- Develop talent-sourcing strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with HRBPs and Functional Leads to understand talent requirements.
- Collaborate with GBS teams for a seamless recruitment process from candidate contact to onboarding.
- Prioritize candidate experience and promote diversity, inclusion, and company culture.
- Ensure compliance with Talent Acquisition processes and use of the applicant tracking system.
- Work with internal teams and partners to enhance recruitment processes and candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate with external agencies or partners as needed.
- Implement recruitment marketing strategies for timely hiring needs.
- 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with a bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or similar field.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese languages.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on Mexico and LATAM countries, particularly Brazil.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging talented individuals.
- Strong track record in aligning talent strategies with business objectives.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent organizational skills.
