Responsabilidades

Our FP&A Sr Specialist supports strong analysis and accuracy for Financial Statements for Actuals, Forecast and Budget for Mexico: P&L, Balance and Cash flow. Ensure business calendar coordination and communication with internal areas: Fcsts, closings and adhoc analysis; as well as Corporate Requests and analysis. Propose new ideas to achieve lean processes, databases and dashboard constructions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of FP&A activities, which encompass, TPL update, monthly financial forecasts and Annual Budget and IBP process, Free Cash Flow Management and Balance Sheet Management.
  • Effective Storytelling: Conduct presentations detailing variance explanation and analysis behind PnL changes ( Sales, Cost, OPEX), communicating a solid story to management /stakeholders.
  • Actively participate as a member of the LAN FP&A Organization from a thought and knowledge perspective fostering process automation and standardization, best practice sharing and streamlining processes for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
  • Act as Trusted Financial Business Partner providing sound recommendations on lean process implementation, active communication and challenging inputs received from areas such as Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing Finance, OPEX Review etc.
  • Execution and follow up of COPA Process for Month End Close.
  • Liaise with Corporate FP&A to understand, drive and support decision making ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Partner with cross functional teams or projects: explore, plan, execute and implement strategic initiatives and finance transformation.
Success on the role means acting as finance business partner with the Business Finance and FP&A teams across the Latin American North region, providing sound recommendations and analysis on forecast preparation and storytelling to communicate results in an effective way ensuring accurate forecasting to achieve financial results.

Requisitos
  • Grad in business, finance, accounting, economy, actuary.
  • Previous experience in financial planning.
  • Intermediate-advaced english level.
  • Demonstrated strength in interpersonal communications, critical thinking and customer service
  • Proven ability to problem solve, identify key issues and root causes, and propose solution alternatives.
  • Expected to exercise sound judgment and operate in partnership with different departments.
  • Advanced excel knowledge, Power Point Presentations.
  • Desirable knowledge: SAP, Power BI, accounting process knowledge
