MMC is looking for potential candidates for the below position located in the Mexico Paseo de la Reforma office with an expectation of being onsite for 3 days a week:

What will be your responsibilities:

  • Find a good balance between autonomy and teamwork for achieving success
  • Comprehend the Release Management process thoroughly
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Stay updated through research and training on relevant issues and technologies

What you need to possess:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in release & change management & implementation standards, tools & processes. Proficiency with tools like Service Now or Azure ADO is a plus
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in Planning and executing weekly/monthly/major/emergency releases for all supported applications
  • Identification and management of Risks, establishing Mitigation plans to avoid/mitigate any issues affecting release scope, schedule, and quality
  • Enhancing release & deployment processes by developing CI/CD pipelines using the required tool chain
  • Accountable for Communication and dissemination of all crucial highlights of the release implementation plan, downtime requirements, scheduled outages
  • Responsible for coordination, execution, and tracking of entire releases
  • Oversight of release deployment issues and timely escalation to the management team
  • Managing post-release implementation deployment retrospectives, root cause analysis and tracking to closure for preventing recurrence of similar issues
