El objetivo principal de esta posición es liderar y gestionar el proceso de Integrated Business Planning (IBP) para garantizar la alineación de la demanda y la oferta a largo plazo, optimizando los recursos y maximizando la eficiencia operativa.

El Gerente de Planeación de la Demanda a Largo Plazo será responsable de desarrollar e implementar estrategias de planificación de la demanda que aseguren el crecimiento sostenible del negocio. Esto incluye la integración de la digitalización en los procesos y la promoción de la innovación continua para mantener a la empresa competitiva en el mercado así como generar escenarios y estrategia con una visión holística que permitan identificar oportunidades de mejora y asegurar el crecimiento estratégico de la compañía a través de una gestión efectiva del proceso IBP, alineando los objetivos estratégicos con las áreas de negocio correspondiente

Su rol será fundamental para garantizar que la compañía crezca a través de una gestión efectiva del proceso IBP, identificando oportunidades de mejora y alineando los objetivos estratégicos con las operaciones diarias.

Buscamos un profesional con al menos 3 años de experiencia como Manager en roles de planeación de la demanda, preferiblemente en la industria de consumo masivo.

Debe contar con habilidades analíticas excepcionales, ser un líder efectivo con capacidad para desarrollar equipos de alto rendimiento y tener una fuerte orientación hacia la innovación y la mejora continua.

El candidato debe ser capaz de generar estrategias de planificación que impulsen el crecimiento del negocio, asegurando la alineación estratégica entre la demanda y la oferta.

Además, debe tener la capacidad de generar escenarios con una visión holística, estableciendo y manteniendo relaciones productivas con stakeholders, y demostrando solidez en negociación y resolución de conflictos.

Es esencial que el candidato esté familiarizado con la digitalización y sea capaz de desarrollar e implementar estrategias de digitalización en la planificación de la demanda, utilizando herramientas y tecnologías avanzadas para optimizar los procesos y mejorar la eficiencia operativa.
