Job DescriptionAs a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will play a crucial role in our future success by supporting Solution Sales related to [Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, ITX]. You will drive revenue for one of our products in collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This role demands a hands-on technical consultant with the capacity to delve deep into solution delivery and positioning during sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical and domain expert for product sales within a client-facing team
- Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and conduct product demonstrations to align with customer needs
- Address technical queries from customers, channel partners, and colleagues
- Offer feedback to product management on enhancements that can add value to customers
- Share best practices with fellow Solution Consultants to enhance team efficiency
- Stay updated on competition analysis and market trends
- Support marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, and trade shows
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 7+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering in a specific product domain
- Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions
- Collaborative experience with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services
- Territory management skills including building pipelines and working closely with Sales counterparts
- Willingness to travel as needed
