Actividades clave

Liderar captación de oportunidades de innovación en los diferentes pilares estratégicos priorizados y coordinar el desarrollo de las iniciativas respectivas hasta su introducción al mercado, habilitando al negocio la capacidad de crecer penetración en México. Coordinar el desarrollo de proyectos estratégicos de innovación para marcas claves del portafolio, identificación de nuevas categorías emergentes; desde el conocimiento/ideación hasta el gate 2 del proceso para introducción al mercado, logrando crecimiento de la participación de la marca y objetivos comerciales. Identificar agencias y consultores de innovación, para ofrecer excelencia en toda la cartera de proyectos. Desarrollo de análisis e integración de fuentes de información (Internas y externas) para el planteamiento de oportunidades de innovación. Monitoreo de tendencias de innovación en la industria y fuera de ella para inspiración a la organización y temprana identificación de oportunidades. Monitorear el contexto de la categoría de la cerveza, alcohol y bebidas e identificar oportunidades y amenazas que impacten la estrategia de innovación. Co-liderar con Investigación de Mercado la planeación y ejecución del plan de research necesario para la generación, refinamiento, mejora y validación de las diferentes ideas de innovación. ·Apoyar al Gerente de Innovación a obtener alineación y aprobación de iniciativas en los gabinetes ejecutivos respectivos y en la definición de las estrategias de innovación, respectivas plataformas y mapeo del pipeline de iniciativas de nuevos productos a 3 años. Apoyar en el desarrollo de presentaciones de innovación requeridas en el proceso de planeación de la compañía.

Requisitos

3+ exp en Marketing, Innovación o similares. Inglés Avanzado. MS Excel Avanzado. Excelente capacidad de comunicación y presentación de ideas. Ideal: Experiencia en entendimiento del consumidor y/o ocasiones de consumo, generación de Insights, construcción de conceptos de nuevos productos. Experiencia en la organización de workshop.
