Job Description

Zendesk is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with strong quantitative skills and a proven track record of developing and executing digital campaigns that drive business growth and generate demand. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, project management, and communication skills are vital to succeed in this role.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in data-driven digital marketing and/or performance marketing (experience in a B2B SaaS company is preferred).
  • Hand-on expertise in building and managing paid campaigns across paid search, paid listings, paid social, content syndication, and/or programmatic display media channels.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, focusing on using data and performance metrics to drive decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and, more importantly, translate data trends into actions.
  • Strong project management skills including effectively balancing multiple priorities and quickly adapting to change.
  • Experience leveraging Account-Based Marketing platforms to build paid campaigns designed to reach in-market accounts with relevant messaging and content.
  • Proven track record of designing and conducting A/B or multivariable testing and applying learnings to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage digital media campaigns end-to-end across different media platforms, including audience sizing, budget forecasting, and optimizing to meet KPIs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to build and execute media plans for high-impact projects.
  • Work with our design agency to deliver best-in-class ads and landing pages.
  • Analyze campaign performance regularly and share insights, takeaways, and recommendations to drive growth for the business.

In this role, you'll work primarily remotely with the support of a dynamic and caring team. We'll provide you with the digital tools and experiences to be together–even when we're apart. Being digital first doesn't mean we're digital only. You'll also have the flexibility to join us at a Zendesk workspace, in one of our Zendesk offices, or in our flex office spaces. We will bring our people together on occasion to connect, collaborate, learn, or celebrate in person.

Please note that anyone hired into this position must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).
