We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support best-in-class digital marketing for Dockers brand in the US across digital media. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly talented team focused on developing an innovative digital marketing strategy. This role involves campaign execution, reporting, and project management across Docker's digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.

About the Job

Execute on campaign strategy including - new campaign launches, keyword research, audience expansion, creative briefing, and flighting Ongoing reporting and QA responsibilities to ensure the program is up to standards and surpassing business KPIs Maintain paid media calendar for Dockers brand including , outlining campaigns and placements to support seasonal stories, product stories, and promotional events Collaborate with Creative and Brand team's to ensure that Docker's marketing assets come to life and reflect brand values Report on channel performance on a weekly and monthly cadence, ensuring traffic and revenue growth while maintaining steady return Support paid search but be open to supporting marketing channel as needed (Google, Social and Affiliate marketing) and flex as needed between channels About You

2+ years of experience/internship in digital marketing with a focus on paid search Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Bing Ads. Some experience with Meta and TikTok prefered Knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, Excel etc. Advanced English Language Proficiency required. Strong quantitative analytics skills Strong project management skills Strong attention to detail Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners Bachelor's degree or comparable working experience LOCATION
