About The Role
You will participate in a series of projects with an important Law Firm from US to ensure the Quality of their systems and keep a Client Relationship Management.
*Please note that this is a Hybrid position, you ́ll be required to work some days per week at our offices in Av. Paseo de la Reforma #284, CDMX*
Main Requirements
- University degree in Computer Related Sciences or similar
- Working experience as QA Manager (Mainly for Manual Testing)
- Willing to be involved hands-on in QA Manual Testing, Test plans, Test Scenarios and Test Execution
- Experience in Project Management (planning and execution of activities), understand key processes and deliver results on time.
- Provide Client Relationship Management (Understand client and their needs, build relationships with Stakeholders)
- Build and perform critical reviews of the projects (RTM, BRDs, Test Strategy, etc.)
- Team and Resource Management (to maximize output)
- Complete reports with the required level of detail and Quality.
- Advanced English Communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Experienced in Scrum Framework
- Automation Testing experience
