Deputy Director Chief of Staff- Supply Chain

Objetivo de la posición

Asesor estratégico y figura de soporte de liderazgo para el VP de Supply Chain y Desarrollo Inmobiliario mediante una alta visión y navegación de negocio (interna y hacia el mercado) que le permita identificar áreas de oportunidad, proponer mejorar y orquestar implementación de soluciones.

¿Qué harás?

-Colaborar y dar seguimiento al logro de objetivos del negocio y del equipo ejecutivo asignado, mediante la priorización, clasificación de actividades y definición de tácticas relevantes, así como, dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de la estrategia del negocio con el objetivo de que las áreas se enfoquen en actividades ligaras a las prioridades del área

-Ser integrador de flujos de trabajo con afectación a la estrategia entre los negocios (reportes directos del líder asignado) generando el seguimiento de los accionables y ejecución de los mismos

-Validar que los procesos se ejecuten de forma ágil y en el tiempo definido mediante el análisis, identificación de mejoras e implementación y de esta forma asegurar los entregables para el VP de Supply Chain y Desarrollo Inmobiliario

-Coordinar los equipos de Planeación de la Tribu de los Negocios así como, el seguimiento de implementaciones tácticas, definición de innovaciones y desafíos de la organización

-Tomar decisiones basadas en data y para el beneficio del negocio en ausencia del VP de Supply Chain y Desarrollo Inmobiliario dentro del marco regulatorio interno y externo

-Ser una figura de confidencia y asesoramiento interno del VP de Supply Chain y Desarrollo Inmobiliario generando una visión amplia de soluciones para el negocio, anticipando problemas, tomando acciones preventivas y ser especialmente sensible a los temas que requieren diplomacia con otras áreas.

-Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con las áreas de soporte operativo para impulsar el compromiso ejecutivo mediante el aprovechamiento de los recursos locales y corporativos/internacionales

-Generar unidad en la organización, fungiendo como moderador y creador de sinergias , potenciando la cultura organizacional y asegurando el sentido de pertenencia

-Reuniones nacionales e internacionales, Idioma, logística de visitas
