Your Mission: As our Staff QMS Engineer, based in Mexicali, Baja California and reporting to the Sr. Mgr, QA/QC , your role will be pivotal in implementing and maintaining quality assurance/ quality control protocols and methods for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change:
- Responsible for planning, implementing and managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality and regulatory standards requirements for worldwide distribution.
- Designs methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of production processes, production equipment and finished products.
- Performs analysis of reports and production data to identify trends and recommend updates or changes to quality standards and procedures when necessary.
- May assure compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards (i.e. GLP, GMP, ISO, Six Sigma).

- B.S. degree in Engineering and 4+ years of related experience or M.S. Degree and 2+ years or Ph.D. and 0+ years
- OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience
- English 90%
- 4 years of experience in similar position (QMS Engineer, Quality System Administrator, Lead Auditor Quality System Coordinator)
