Job Description

Zendesk is on the search for a meticulous and proactive Creative Producer to support a range of projects, with a strong focus on driving our brand marketing and web creative production forward. The ideal candidate is a rising talent in production with effective communication skills, sharp project management instincts, and a creative flair, ready to collaborate closely on web-centered initiatives that bolster our brand and drive meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities

Workstream Expert: Support and drive the brand identity marketing and web creative workflows as subject matter expert, in collaboration with the Creative team and essential stakeholders.

Creative Process Steward: Maintain creative brand marketing and web production processes to achieve timely delivery within budget parameters.

Accountability: Assist in implementing RACi models to clearly define roles and promote accountability within cross-functional teams.

Team Collaborator: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, videographers, and web developers, contributing to a supportive, results-oriented setting.

Relationship Builder: Build positive relationships with the creative department, marketing agencies, and essential in-house partners to secure outstanding project achievements.

Culture Champion: Uphold a positive atmosphere, embody the company's core values, and assist in sustaining high team morale.

Problem Solver: Approach stakeholder engagement with initiative, aiming to preempt needs and efficiently tackle arising issues.

Clear Communicator: Ensure the articulation and comprehension of project goals, deliverables, and budgetary guidelines.

Relationship Builder: Establish strong rapport with colleagues, stakeholders, and external collaborators for optimized project flow and outcomes.

Values Champion: Uphold company values and foster a positive working atmosphere within the team.

Budget Management: Diligently manage project-related finances, maintaining budgetary compliance and fiscal transparency.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in creative production with a foundational knowledge of the creative process pertaining to branding, website, video, and marketing campaigns.
  • Effective communication skills and a knack for identifying operational problems within dynamic team environments.
  • Some project management experience, agile methodologies preferred.
  • Understanding of budget management and a detail-oriented work ethic.
  • Ability to contribute to creative decisions with data analysis and user empathy.
  • Proficiency with Figma, DAM, Asana or similar project management tools, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
