Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests, maintaining a professional and welcoming office atmosphere
  • Oversee office supplies inventory, restocking as necessary
  • Handle office parcel services and access badge requests for employees
  • Ensure adherence to office safety procedures and monitor visitor records
  • Organize parking arrangements, executive transportation services, and front-desk activities
  • Manage office facilities, coordinating with vendors for maintenance and repairs
  • Keep updated records of office expenses, and assist with procurement activities
  • Collaborate internally to execute events, and develop efficient office processes

Requirements

  • Strong sense of accountability and ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Remarkable organizational and time-management skills
  • A degree in Administration or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • English fluency (B1+)
  • Ability to handle stress, be proactive, communicative, self-starter, and detail-oriented

Nice to have

  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Experience with expense report management
