Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a General Ledger Accountant with a focus on Lease Accounting to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for lease data extraction, entry, and reconciliation. You will assist in lease abstraction, classification, and reporting activities, ensuring compliance with lease accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of lease accounting principles and regulations, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities
Perform lease data extraction and entry into accounting systems accurately.

Assist in lease abstraction, classification, and reporting processes.

Reconcile lease-related accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Analyze lease data to identify trends and anomalies.

Prepare lease-related reports for management and stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on lease-related projects and initiatives.

Participate in lease-related audit and compliance activities.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Knowledge of lease accounting principles and standards.

Experience in lease data extraction and entry into accounting systems.

Ability to perform lease reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Strong analytical skills for lease analysis and reporting.

Effective communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.

Capacity to assist in lease-related audit and compliance activities.

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Knowledge of lease accounting principles and regulations.

1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably with exposure to lease accounting.

Proficiency in lease accounting software and ERP systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
