Record to Report Specialist

- Handle complex transactions for Record to Report processes by providing strategic, financial, and operational feedback.
- Implement innovative process initiatives and deploy leading-edge solutions to match client's requirements.
- Plan and manage operational capacity collaborating with CxO layer.
- Lead and oversee lease accounting function, including data extraction, entry, and reconciliation.
- Perform complex lease accounting transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Develop and implement lease accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
- Manage lease accounting software and ERP systems.
- Provide strategic guidance on lease portfolio management and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on lease-related initiatives.
- Present lease accounting insights to executive leadership.
- Mentor and develop lease accounting team members.
- Extensive expertise in lease accounting regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Proven track record in managing complex lease portfolios.
- Strategic planning skills for lease portfolio optimization.
- Experience in presenting lease accounting insights to executive leadership.
- Oversight of lease accounting team performance.
- Strong leadership in driving lease accounting process efficiencies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting, focusing on lease accounting.
- Deep understanding of lease accounting standards and practical application.
- Strong strategic planning and execution abilities.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
