El Trabajo:

Asistir a los Category Managers en tareas relacionadas con el seguimiento de ventas y trabajos administrativos. También ayuda en actividades clave para asegurar la incorporación de nuevas licencias y apoyar a los existentes para colocar productos adicionales en las estanterías.

Auxiliar en el área de Productos de Consumo bajo las categorías de Juguetes y Promociones, colaborando en actividades clave, como prospección de clientes potenciales, elaboración de propuestas y apoyando en el seguimiento de los socios comerciales activos para asegurar el desarrollo y colocación de productos en PDV.

Auxiliar en 2 categorías clave.

*Asistirá a dos gerentes de categoría diferentes.

Principales Actividades:

  • Programa reuniones y llamadas de conferencia en nombre de los gerentes de categoría.
  • Ayuda en el desarrollo de presentaciones para los gerentes de categoría.
  • Ayuda en la preparación de los diferentes ciclos de forecasts junto con el gerente de categoría. Asegura que los licenciatarios seleccionados envíen pronósticos a través de SEEKER.
  • Coordina envíos masivos a licenciatarios, distribuidores y minoristas.

Tareas Cruciales:

  • Desarrollo de propuestas creativas para clientes potenciales.
  • Prospección de clientes potenciales.
  • Seguimiento de las negociaciones de ventas con licenciatarios potenciales.
  • Participa en la preparación de los diferentes ciclos de pronósticos junto con el gerente de categoría. Asegura que los licenciados seleccionados envíen pronósticos a través de SEEKER.
  • Coordina envíos masivos a licenciatarios, distribuidores y minoristas. | Desarrollo de comunicados de noticias clave o solicitud de información a socios comerciales activos

Lo Esencial:

  • Un título o equivalente en estudios de negocios, comercialización, marketing o gestión de marca, diseño gráfico
  • 1-4 de experiencia en Ventas.
  • Habilidades informáticas, incluyendo MS Word, Excel y PowerPoint.
  • Desarrollo exitoso de comunicaciones internas, presentaciones de ventas y marketing.
  • Fluidez en español e inglés es requerida.

Lo Deseable:

  • Experiencia en la industria de licencias en otros estudios.
  • Experiencia en las categorías de Juguetes, Alimentos, Salud y Belleza, Promociones o Entretenimiento
