About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator Jr to join our team at Empaques Plásticos Y Flexibles. As a Sales Coordinator Jr, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team in managing customer interactions, following up on orders and customer requirements, and generating business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer interactions through various communication channels, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer inquiries.
  • Follow up on orders and customer requirements, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Archive customer files, interactions, and generate corresponding reports to track sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customer portfolio, identifying business opportunities and generating quotes.
  • Register new customers in our system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate an excellent service experience for our customers, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Monitor and prospect new business opportunities, staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English (required)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
