Sales Compensation Sales Advisor
Description: This role involves applying advanced subject matter knowledge to address common and complex business challenges within established guidelines. You will be working on problems of various complexity levels, serving as a team or project leader, guiding team activities, and facilitating the decision-making process. Independent judgment is key in identifying solutions for unique situations, and seeking advice when needed for complex business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Manages multiple complex operational processes such as configuration & quote, deal coordination, bid management, and other sales-related tasks.
- Serves as a project manager for moderately complex projects.
- Produces detailed reports and analyses using business applications, providing recommendations on common issues.
- Drives continuous process improvement through a deep understanding of internal business processes and policies.
- Orients complex business issues and offers appropriate recommendations based on intermediate subject matter expertise.
- Provides mentorship and guidance to junior employees.
Education and Experience Required:
- University degree or equivalent experience, with 4-6 years in a business-related function such as finance, accounting, sales operation, or partner experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English and local language, as well as proficiency in other required languages.
- Proficiency in business applications like Excel, Power Point, and Power BI.
- Ability to work effectively both as a team member and a leader.
- Thorough understanding of internal business processes and policies.
- Sound business acumen and comprehension of varied market strategies.
